The Cast Stone Institute's 2026 Annual Convention is coming to Lexington, Kentucky — and it's one you won't want to miss. Set against the backdrop of the iconic 21c Museum Hotel, this year's convention brings together CSI Producer and Associate Members for four days of business, education, networking, and celebration.
What to Expect
The week kicks off Tuesday evening with the Board of Directors and Committee Dinner, followed by a full day of committee and board meetings Wednesday and a welcome reception to bring everyone together. Thursday features the Annual Meeting and a group outing, and Friday closes out the convention with education sessions and the Cast Stone Excellence Awards Reception and Banquet.
This year also features an online silent auction benefiting the mason contractor education series, open before the event and closing during the Thursday evening murder mystery dinner.

Hotel Information
The 21c Museum Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Lexington, set inside the historic Fayette National Bank Building — once Lexington's first skyscraper. The property brings 7,000 square feet of art-filled gallery and event space to downtown Lexington, making it one of the most distinctive convention venues in the region.
Guests can dine at Lockbox restaurant, enjoy valet parking, and explore rotating contemporary art exhibitions throughout the hotel. Rupp Arena is just a five-minute walk away.

Room Block & Booking Deadline
CSI has a room block reserved at the group rate of $309/night. Reservations must be made by September 13, 2026 to qualify for the group rate. After that date, any unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotel's general inventory.
Please note that October is an active time at Keeneland Race Course, which means hotel availability in Lexington fills up quickly. We strongly encourage you to book your room as soon as possible.

October is peak season in Lexington due to Keeneland Race Course. Hotel availability in the area fills up fast, so we strongly encourage booking as soon as possible.

Blue Grass Airport (LEX) is 5.6–6.6 miles from the hotel and is the most convenient option. If flight options are limited, Louisville (SDF) and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky (CVG) are both drivable alternatives. Transportation from all three airports is available via rental car, taxi, and rideshare.

Yes — single-day tickets are available for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The Spouse/Guest Event is also available as a separate add-on.
